摘 要:为了研究舰船摇摆环境下飞机牵引车的牵引特性,通过对一辆舰载牵引车的实际测试,基于Virtual.Lab Motion软件平台建立了该牵引车的多体动力学模型.经过各种仿真试验,从牵引速度、牵引力及附着力3个主要方面分析了舰船摇摆运动对牵引车牵引特性的影响规律,初步掌握了舰船横摇、纵摇和垂荡及舰船摇摆中心、幅值和周期等因素对飞机牵引车的牵引力、速度和加速度的影响规律,验证了舰载牵引车牵引特性设计的合理性,同时为其他轮式舰载车辆的设计和使用提供了参考.Aircraft tow tractors may be used aboard large warships which may launch and land aircraft.However,before they are put into operation,it is necessary to find out the traction characteristics of the aircraft tow tractors under ship sway.Testing aboard large warships or on a motion simulative platform is difficult.Therefore,the multibody dynamic model was established based on the prototype of a ship-based aircraft tow tractor,and effects of various types of ship sway on the traction characteristics of aircraft tow tractors were analyzed based on Virtual.Lab Motion.Through the simulation and analysis,relationships were found between the roll,pitch,heave,centre of gravity,sway amplitude,sway period and traction,velocity,and acceleration of the aircraft tow tractor.These relationships are helpful in the design and application of ship-based aircraft tow tractors and other ship-based vehicles.
