摘  要:本文运用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法和逻辑分析法等,对中学田径教学进行研究分析。研究结果表明,田径运动由于其项目的特征和教师观念的制约,现行的中学田径教学改革滞后,"重竞技、轻娱乐、重身体、轻心理"的思想仍存在。而且,教学实践中存在"内容单调、竞技化、方法和手段单一落后、评价体系落后"等。结论指出转变教师教学理念、优化田径课教学内容、创新教学方法和手段、优化教学评价体系等改革措施。By using the method of literature review, surveys, interviews and logical analysis, the research on athletic teaching in middle schools iscarried out. The result shows that constraint by the characteristics of athletics and teachers ideas, the current athleticteaching in middle school lag, attention on competition and body and lack of entertainment. Moreover, the existing teaching practice has many problems such ascompetition, monotony methods and backward evaluation system and so on. In the end, it concludes that we should change teaching concepts, optimize the content of athletic teaching, innovate teaching methods and means, optimize teaching evaluation system, and reform measures.
