摘　　要：我国是一个自然灾害频繁而又严重的国家,中国共产党从成立至今,领导人民群众抗灾救灾也一直没有停止过,其中基层党组织在抗灾救灾中始终发挥着战斗堡垒作用,并且积累了丰富的经验。本文在对90年来基层党组织抗灾救灾的经验进行分析梳理的基础上,从指导思想、根本方法、组织模式、内在动力、制度保障等方面对经验分别进行了归纳总结。China is a country with frequent and serious natural disasters.Since the foundation of the Chinese communist Party,she leads the people to fight disaster and provide disaster relief non stop.In this process,the basic organizations of the Chinese communist Party always play the role of fighting bastion and accumulate a wealth of experiences.Based on the analysis of these experiences,this paper makes a conclusion from such aspects as guiding ideology,fundamental methods,organization mode,intrinsic motivation and system of safeguard,etc.
