摘　　要：企业创新是一个复杂的系统,由技术创新、制度创新、管理创新及市场创新等四个子系统构成。其中,技术创新是核心,制度创新是基础,市场创新是出发点和最终归宿,管理创新是平台。而管理创新的系统分析框架主要包括管理创新机制、管理创新内容、管理创新主体及管理创新能力等四个部分。有效的管理创新活动正是在管理创新机制、管理创新内容、管理创新主体及管理创新能力的协同作用下进行的。Enterprise Innovation is a complex system which consists of four sub-systems： technology innovation, system innovation, management innovation and market innovation. Among them, technology innovation is the core, system innovation is the foundation, market innovation is both the starting point and terminal, and management innovation is the platform. System analysis frame of management innovation mainly includes four parts, mechanism, content, main body and ability of management innovation. Effective management innovation activities are conducted under the comprehensive action of the above mentioned four parts.
