摘　　要：企业战略评价是组织战略评价的一种类型,是在企业战略管理与实施推进过程中,为保证企业战略总体目标和经营宗旨的实现,所采取的一系列分析、评价、监控、评议活动。企业战略评价是企业战略管理者的一项重要工作。企业战略评价的完整过程包括企业战略评价的主体、客体对象、评价信息、评价手段、评价标准和评价原则等相关内容。了解企业战略评价相关内容,持续进行企业战略评价活动,实现企业的可持续发展。The evaluation on enterprise strategy is a type of organizing strategic evaluation,adopting a series of analysis,evaluation,monitoring,and review activities to ensure achieving the overall objective of enterprise strategy and the realization of business objectives in the process forward of strategic management and implementation.An integrated enterprise strategy evaluation should include the subject and object of enterprise strategy evaluation,evaluation information,evaluation means,evaluation criteria,evaluation principles and so on.We should understand the relative details of enterprise strategy evaluation;continue the activity of enterprise strategy evaluation to realize the sustainability of enterprise.
