摘 要:随着基于智能电网、数字化变电站、非常规互感器技术及IEC 61850标准和基于可靠性的状态检修体制的发展,高压开关设备的智能化逐渐引起电器生产和使用人员的重视。文中描述了影响真空断路器电寿命的判据,分析了真空断路器触头电寿命及其在工程应用中的可行折算式,总结了国内外监测开断电流起弧时刻的方法。以分析为基础并概述了各种不同折算式的适用性及各种监测方法的特点,着重强调了各种方法的工程实用性和起弧时刻监测的重要性,并在此基础上讨论了现有检修和检测手段的缺陷,展望了真空断路器电寿命监测技术发展的方向。Accompany with the application of intelligent power grid,digitized substation,unconventional transformer technology,IEC 61850 standards and the development of condition-based maintenance system(CBMS)that attention is highly paid to the HV intelligent switchgear by the electrical device producer and the user.The electrical-endurance quality of vacuum circuit-breaker is described,and the vacuum circuit breaker contactor wear is analyzed.Then the application of feasible calculation formula in engineering is discussed.Methods of monitoring arcing duration at home and abroad are summarized,and the applicability of applications of different calculation converted formulas are presented and the characteristics of various monitoring methods are investigated,which based on a series of analysis.The engineering practicability and the arcs moment monitoring are mainly emphasized.In the end the defects of maintenance and detection are discussed and the technology development direction of vacuum circuit breaker's electrical endurance is prospected,which based upon what mentioned above.
