摘　　要：侯外庐对于中国佛教思想有独到而深入的研究,其主编的《中国思想通史》从社会史与思想史相结合的视角出发,揭示出佛教思想对于中国固有文化的激发与促进。通过对佛教哲学的分析与批判,侯外庐在肯定佛教思想中所蕴含的丰富价值的同时,认为佛教思想在逻辑上具有诡辩论的特征,在世界观上有虚无主义的取向,自我意识的思辨循环是其本质。Hou Wai-lu′s research on thoughts of Chinese Buddhism is original and in-depth.From the point of view of an integration between intellectual history and social history,he makes clear the mutual inspiration between Buddhist thoughts and inherent culture of China.Hou Wai-lu points out the characteristics of Buddhist thoughts such as sophism in logic,nihilism in world view and cycle of self-consciousness in essence while affirming the certain value of Buddhist thoughts.
