摘  要:尽快建立和规范中小学的培养基地、建立相应的竞赛体系、加强与各行政部门之间的协调是当前完善CUBA"学校化"人才培养体系的主要问题;运动队招生、联赛竞赛与管理水平、队员的学业与训练、后勤保障等因素是制约CUBA联赛水平提高的主要矛盾。从"举国体制"和"专业化"体制成因及弊端的角度出发,阐述了"体教结合"培养模式的必要性,认为"体教结合"是竞技体育对教育本源的回归,发展趋势是学校体育。CUBA的"体教结合"模式是体育社会化、市场化运作和教企合作较成功的典型代表,相关部门应以CUBA联赛为突破口,打造成我国一流的大学生体育品牌赛事,实践和完善"体教结合"模式。但是,必须明确"体教结合"不是简单地把运动队放入学校,不是专业运动队的重复。The CUBA university talent training system must be developed by means of establishing education centre of elemen- tary and secondary schools and relative competition system, and coordinating the administrative departments at all levels. Athlete enrollment, leagues and competitions and their management, trainees' academic and physical training, and rein" service have become the obstacles on the path to the successful CUBA league development. After analyzing the contributing factors to the whole national system and the professional training system and their disadvantages, the research discusses the necessity of the set - up of training mode of the combination of academic and physical training. It is believed that such train- ing mode drives the competitive sports back to the educational basics, and hence the school physical education becomes its developing trend. This mode shows that the successful sports socialization, marketability operation, and cooperation between schools and enterprises. The relative departments are suggested to develop the first - class sports event trademark with CUBA as a breakthrough, and practice and perfect the training mode. However, it must be clarified that the combination of academ- ic and physical training does not mean to simply leave the athletes in schools.
