摘  要:针对航空发动机转子试验器,在Pro/E中建立了机匣的三维实体模型。通过Pro/E与ANSYS的无缝连接技术,在ANSYS中得到了机匣的三维有限元模型,采用Solid185实体单元进行网格划分并采用完全法得到了机匣节点位移-频率响应,然后利用编写的MATLAB刚度计算程序得到了机匣支承刚度随频率变化的曲线。利用锤击法对转子试验器进行了机匣动刚度测试试验,并与仿真结果进行了对比。结果表明,基于ANSYS的计算刚度值和实验测试值达到了很好的一致性。同时为了体现敲击点、测试点对于刚度测试值的影响,试验采用了三种测试方案,并对三种试验方案的测试结果进行对比分析,不同方案得到的结果之间具有良好的一致性,为以后的刚度测试奠定了方法基础。Taking into account the aero- engine rotor tester, in this paper, a three- dimensional solid model that simulates the casing is created in Pro/E. Through the seamless connection between Pro/E and ANSYS,a three- dimensional finite element model of casing can be got in ANSYS,after messed by Solid185 solid element, the node displacement- frequency response of casing is calculated by full method, then the curve of stiffness versus frequency of casing bearing can be got by the stiffness computer program written in MATLAB language. The experimental stiffness test analysis is conducted on the casing test device through the hammer method,and the results were compared with those calculated by ANSYS. The results show that the calculation stiffness based on ANSYS and the testing stiffness to achieve a good consistency. At the same time, in order to reflect the influence of percussion point, test point to the value of stiffness, three test solutions are used in the experiment. Finally, the three experimental results are compared with each other, the comparison indicate that the results got by different options to achieve a good agreement, which lays the method foundation for future stiffness test.
