摘 要:为了求出修理工可单重休假的冷贮备系统经长期运行单位时间内的期望效益和平均停机时间,研究两不同型部件的冷贮备系统的维修更换策略。部件1有优先使用权和维修权,修理工可单重休假,利用几何过程理论和更新过程理论,以部件1的故障次数N为维修更换策略,得出系统经长期运行单位时间内的期望效益及平均停机时间的表达式,并由实例经过MATLAB仿真模拟验证其存在性与可求性。仿真试验表明:存在唯一的N*使得目标函数取得最优值。该方法对于提高企业的经济效益和大型安全性能系统合理利用资源及设备维护具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。In order to achieve the long-term expected economic benefit and the average downtime of the system with single repairman vacation;a cold standby repairable system consisting of two-identical components was investigated in this study.Assuming that component 1 has priority in use and repair,and based on the theories of renewal process and geometric process,the breakdown times N of component 1 was used as optimal policies to obtain the expression of the long-term expected economic benefit and the average downtime of the system.Finally,a numerical example was given to illustrate some theoretical results in this paper.The simulation demonstrates that is existed.The study is useful for improving the economical performance of a company and enabling a large safety system to rationally use its resources and equipments.It is convenient for a wide application of proposed algorithm.
