摘 要:目的探讨布地奈德对变应性鼻炎鼻黏膜中P物质的影响。方法将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、变应性鼻炎模型组和布地奈德治疗组(每组10只)。采用卵白蛋白腹腔注射+鼻腔局部激发的方法制备大鼠变应性鼻炎模型。取实验动物鼻黏膜进行苏木素-伊红染色及免疫组化染色,观察鼻黏膜的病理组织学改变及P物质的表达。采用计算机图形分析系统对免疫组化染色进行半定量分析。结果模型组鼻黏膜有明显的炎细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,治疗组及对照组未见明显炎细胞浸润。模型组鼻黏膜P物质的表达较对照组和治疗组明显增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组鼻黏膜P物质表达差异无统计学意义。结论局部应用布地奈德可以减少变应性鼻炎鼻黏膜中P物质释放,从而减轻鼻黏膜的炎症反应。Objective To investigate the effects of budesonide on substance P(SP) in the nasal models with allergic rhinitis.Methods Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into three experimental groups(10 in each):normal control group,allergic rhinitis model group,and budesonide group.The allergic rhinitis models of rats were established by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin(OVA) and nasal challenge with OVA.Hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining was used to observe the pathologic histology of nasal mucosa.Results The expression of SP in nasal mucosa was observed with immunohistochemical techniques.In allergic rhinitis model group,the infiltration of inflammatory cells were observed.The expressions of SP in allergic rhinitis model group were significantly higher compared with that in control group and budesonide group(P0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and budesonide group.Conclusion Budesonide can inhibit the release of SP in the nasal mucosa with allergic rhinitis and reduce nasal inflammation.
