基于红皇后理论的低碳经济对企业竞争力影响

摘　　要：红皇后演化在研究组织过程中把某一特定环境下的组织群体当作一个整体,通过研究他们之间的相互关系来研究企业生存能力,提出了竞争对于组织生存的重要意义。该理论强调了低碳经济下带来的新竞争逻辑对企业竞争力和企业生存的挑战——适应原先竞争逻辑企业在新的竞争逻辑下,其原有竞争能力可能反而会大幅降低企业生存力。而整个企业群如果不适应新的竞争逻辑即落入竞争陷阱。虽然短时间不会被淘汰,但面对外来组织冲击,会有陷入群体危机的可能。The importance of competition to the viability of the organization has been highlighted in Red Queen theory,which puts the organization analysis into the view of the whole organization environment instead of focusing on the single one.The theory supposes that the relationship between the organizations affect the viability of the members.As soon as the low carbon economy is coming to China,the theory warns us that if we ignore the new competition logic in low carbon economy,the old competition capability may become as a negative force to reduce the viability of the organization.As well,if the whole organization group could not be well prepared to face the new logic,the group will fall into competition trap and may not be eliminated at once,but may face a greater challenge from the outside competitors who fit the new logic well.
