摘 要:对350 km/h高速检测车明线运行外空气流场进行数值模拟,车头表面压力计算结果与理论值进行比较,误差1%,在允许范围之内,验证了计算模型的高可信度.分析高速检测车辅助变流器进风口和排风口压力分布规律,结果表明:辅助变流器不工作的情况下进风口的平均压力为正,且相差不大,排风口1的压力为正,排风口2,3的压力为负,进排风口的压差都为正.辅助变流器正常工作时进排风口的压力变化规律与不工作时相同,但进风口平均压力都为负值,且平均压力减小.1号辅助变流器进排风口压差为负值,2,3号辅助变流器进排风口压差均为正值.1号辅助变流器排风口的压力偏高,进排风口压差为负,计算表明此位置不适合设置排风口.The flow fields were simulated based on a high-speed test train model.The pressure of the train head were compared with theoretical values,and the error is 1% which verify the reliability of calculated results.The distribution of pressure on the air inlet and air outlet of auxiliary converter is analyzed.The calculation results show that,when the auxiliary converter does not work,the average pressure of air inlet is positive,and the pressure difference between the air inlets is small.Pressure of the outlet 1 is positive,and outlets 2 and 3 are negative,while the pressure difference between inlets are all positive.When the auxiliary converter works,the variation of pressure of inlets and outlets is the same with which does not work,but inlet average pressure is decreased,and the pressure of inlets is negative.Pressure difference between inlet and outlet on auxiliary converter 1 is negative,auxiliary converter 2 and 3 are positive.The result show that pressure of outlet in auxiliary converter 1 is high,and pressure difference of auxiliary converter 1 is negative.So air outlet is unsuitable to place there.
