摘　　要：针对跨地域煤炭集团企业机构繁多、运销业务复杂、分公司管理方式各异等特点,研究了网络化煤炭运销综合业务管理系统的方案设计与开发方法,以某企业实际项目为背景,使用敏捷开发方法,给出了网络化煤炭运销管理系统的总体方案、系统构架、业务流程和功能模块,阐述了关键技术和迭代开发过程,通过该系统的运行和维护,证明了方案的正确性和开发方法的有效性.In view of throng organizations,comples transportation and sale service,various subsidiary company management characteristics of cross region coal group enterprise,the scheme design and development method of networked coal transportation and sale integrated management system are studied.Besed on a practical project and using agile development method,the overall scheme,system architecture,business process and function module of networked coal transportation and sale management system are presented,and key technology and iterative development process are expatiated.Run and maintain of the system shows the validity of the scheme and the development method.
