摘　　要：针对C+W网络中的负载均衡问题,提出一种基于效用函数的解决方案。首先获取网络关键指标,依据关键指标建立博弈模型,通过求解模型制定最优网络资源分配策略,最后依据该策略均衡网络负载,实现运营商利益最大化,方案给出了C+W网络负载均衡流程图。仿真结果证明算法是有效的,该方案能够提高网络资源利用率,实现了C+W网络负载均衡。A solution based on utility function is proposed for the load balancing of CDMA and WIFI wireless access net- works. The first step is to acquire the key indicators of the network. Based on the network indicators, a game model will then be established. An optimal network resource allocation strategy will be developed through game model calculations, in order to balance the network load and achieve maximum benefits for the operators. The solution includes a C ＋ W network load balancing diagram. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm, which can improve network utilization and achieve balanced C ＋ W network loads.
