摘 要:系统分析了我国食物与营养发展新特点,总结出我国生产结构与消费结构不衔接、消费目标和营养目标不协调、营养改善与健康需求不匹配等食物与营养发展新问题,阐述了资源环境压力增大、流动人口扩大、老龄化社会来临、非传染性慢病呈高发条件下食物与营养发展面临的新需求,提出了我国食物与营养发展的"协调、优化、干预"三大战略选择,预测了2020年我国粮食、肉类、蔬菜等8种主要农产品生产与消费需求量目标,提出了全面小康社会建设时期促进食物与营养发展的若干战略对策与措施。This paper systematically analyzed the new features of the development of the China's food and nutrition,proposed the new issues about the food and nutrition development such as the divergence of our production and consumption structure,the uncoordination of the consumption and the nutrition goals,the unmatched of the improved nutrition and the health needs,described the new needs food and nutrition development facing under the increasing pressure of resources and environment,the expansion of the floating population,the advent of an aging society,the high-incidence season of the non-infectious diffuse disease,proposed 3 strategic choices to develop the China's food and nutrition——coordination,optimization,and intervention,and analysed and forecasted production and consumption demand goals of 8 major agricultural products such as grain,meat and vegetables in 2020.The article also proposed a number of strategic countermeasures to promote the development of food and nutrition during the period of comprehensive well-off society building.
