摘　　要：C形根管是一种根管形态的变异,主要特征是根管横截面形态呈弧形,好发于黄种人。C形根管的特殊形态给临床治疗如根管疏通、清理和充填带来了挑战,本文将详细介绍C形根管的形态、识别及处理方法。The C-shaped canal is an anatomical variatinn, whose main anatomical features is the presence of ribbon-shaped canal in cross sections. C-shaped canal represents a challenge to its negotiation, proper debridement and obturation. The anatomy, identifieation and treatment will be discussed in detail.
