肠安方联合化疗治疗大肠癌根治术后患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肠安方联合化疗治疗大肠癌根治术后患者的疗效及其对患者生命质量的影响。方法:80例大肠癌根治术后患者随机分为治疗组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。治疗组采用肠安方联合化疗治疗,对照组仅采用化疗,观察两组患者的复发转移情况、生存率,并采用EORTC QLQ-C30量表评价患者的生命质量。结果:治疗组Duke’s B期患者的复发转移率明显低于Duke’s C期患者(P<0.05)。治疗组术后3年生存率较对照组略高,但其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组患者在躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能方面的改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05～0.001),且其疼痛、食欲丧失症状较对照组明显减轻(P<0.001,P<0.01)。结论:肠安方能一定程度地改善大肠癌术后患者的生命质量。Objective：To observe the effects of ＂Chang＇an Decoction＂ combined with chemotherapy on postoperative colorectal cancer and the quality of life of the patients.Methods：A total of 80 patients with colorectal cancer after operation were randomly divided into treatment group（n=40） and control group（n=40）.The treatment group was treated by ＂Chang＇an Decoction＂ combined with chemotherapy,and the control group was treated by chemotherapy alone.The recurrence and metastasis rate and the survival rate were observed,meanwhile the quality of life of all the patients was evaluated by EORTC QLQ-C30 V3.0 scale.Results：In treatment group,the recurrence and metastasis rate of patients at Duke＇s B stage was significantly lower than that of patients at Duke＇s C stage（P〈0.05）.The 3-year survival rate of treatment group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.The treatment group was obviously better than the control group in improving physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function（P〈0.05-0.001）,and the symptoms of pain and loss of appetite in treatment group were remarkably alleviated compared with control group（P〈0.001,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：＂Chang＇an Decoction＂ can improve the quality of life of the patients with colorectal cancer after operation.
