摘  要:技术本科教育的发展存在体制归属不清、体系衔接不顺、分类管理不实、社会协作不力等问题。这些问题源自于技术本科教育的快速发展与非正式制度变迁滞后、技术本科教育的传统化与企业实际需求的矛盾等。为改变这种状况,建议打通体制通道,对技术本科教育实施实施分类管理;建立高职、技术本科、专业学位研究生联动发展机制;对接中小城市、中小企业需求,建立合作长效机制。With the start of a new round of connotation construction,there still exist some problems for the development of technical underground education such as unclear institutional ownership,incontinuous system interface,inaccurate category management and ineffective social coordination.The reasons are the contradictions of the fast development of technical undergraduate education and the lagging of informal system change,the traditional technical undergraduate education and the actual needs of enterprises.Therefore,the article puts forward some suggestions: constructing system channel and implementing category management for technical undergraduate education;establishing the joint development mechanism of higher vocation,technical undergraduate and professional master degree;building long-term cooperation mechanism according to the requirements of medium and small cities and enterprises.
