高校发展规划的思考:文本的考察

摘　　要：学校制定发展规划,是高等教育管理对时代发展的一种必然回应。作为战略规划表现形式的规划文本,是高校发展目标的具体化,规定了学校的生存和发展。本文通过对我国高等学校的发展规划文本的实证分析,总结高校发展规划中存在的不尽完善之处,并提出高校发展规划的未来走向。With the constant expansion of the university autonomy and the increasingly fierce competition,more and more universities realize that scientifically and rationally developing and implementing development planning is critical important for the survive and development of schools.The planning text,as the form of strategic planning,is the specification of higher school development objective.Through the analysis of higher schools＇ development planning text in our country,the article finds that there generally exist imperfect places in the development planning and then puts forward the future development of higher schools＇ development planning.
