摘  要:目的探讨整体意识启蒙教育在手术室新护士带教中的应用效果。方法选择2007年11月-2008年5月本院手术中心普、胸外组的新护士24名,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各12名。对照组采用传统的带教方法,实验组在此基础上引入整体意识启蒙教育,比较两组新护士在带教过程中阶段考核和结业考核成绩。结果实验组新护士阶段考核及结业考核成绩高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在手术室新护士带教中引入整体意识启蒙教育,能培养新护士的职业综合素质与技能,有利于提高临床教学质量,保障患者的安全。Objective To investigate the effect of formative education with integral professional consciousness on the comprehensive quality and teaching quality of the new nurses. Methods 24 nurses from the operation center of the hospital during November 2007 to May 2008 were selected and divided equally into two groups randomly:the control group received conventional nursing education and the experimental group formative education with integral professional consciousness besides the routine education. The two groups were compared in regard to the results of intermediate stage examination and final examination. Result The examination results of the experimental group were better than that of control group in the two examinations(P 0.05) . Conclusions By way of formative education with integral professional consciousness,the new nurses in the operating room have professional comprehensive quality,stable psychological quality,skilled operational capacity,stronger stress ability,better response ability and innovation ability. The improved clinical nursing teaching quality is beneficial for the long-term sustainable development of new nurses and the assurance of patients′ safety.
