摘　　要：随着生物医学模式逐渐向生物-心理-社会医学模式的转变，医患沟通越来越成为医疗服务中必不可少的重要工作环节。良好的医患沟通能力是一名医生需具备的必要条件。而作为一名口腔临床医生，只有掌握了沟通交流的原则，才能恰如其分地运用一些沟通交流的技巧，才能与患者建立起良好的医患关系，最终达到良好的治疗效果。While the medicine pattern of biomedicine turn to biological-psychology-society, the medical trouble communication becomes more and more important in the medical service. Good medical trouble communication ability is the essential condition of doctor. As oral cavity clinicians, only by grasping the principle of communication cart we appropriately utilize some skills of communication exchange, establish the good medical trouble relations with the patient and achieve the good treatment result finally.
