摘  要:针对铁钻工滚轮平均使用寿命偏低的问题,考虑滚轮的失效以接触疲劳损伤为主,确定选用强度高、塑韧性好的Si-Mn-Ni系贝氏体钢作为滚轮用钢进行试验。对试样做了正火、回火工艺试验以及淬透性试验。结果表明,该贝氏体钢在保持超高强度的同时,还可保持良好的塑韧性,并具有较好的淬透性和低温冲击韧性,能满足铁钻工滚轮服役条件的要求,有效延长滚轮的使用寿命,从而保证铁钻工的整体质量。There is a relatively short average service life of iron roughneck roller. Considering contact fatigue and damage as the major reason for roller failure, the Si-Mn-Ni bainite steel of high strength and good plasticity was chosen as the experimental steel for roller. The technological experiment of normalizing and tempering as well as the hardenability experiment of the sample was conducted. The result shows that the bainite steel can retain super high strength and good plasticity. It is characterized by ideal hardenability and low-temperature impact toughness. It can satisfy the requirement of the service condition of iron roughneck roller,effectively lengthen the service life of the roller and thus ensure the overall quality of iron roughneck.
