摘　　要：高校档案信息资源社会化服务是高校档案部门为满足社会各领域对高校信息日益增长的需求,将隐藏的、静态的档案信息开发成系统的、有价值的和动态的知识信息,以利于为社会服务而产生的一种新型服务。论述了高校档案信息资源社会化服务的主要功能及优势,探讨了高校档案信息资源开发利用的基本范围。University’s archive information resources socialized service is a new-type service provided by university archives department for satisfying the growing demand of each society field for university information, developing the hidden and static archives information into systematic and valuable knowledge information for being beneficial to serve the society. This paper discusses the main functions and advantages of university’s archive information resources socialized service, and probes into the basic scope of developing and utilizing university’s archive information resources.
