炎性乳腺癌20例的诊治分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨炎性乳腺癌诊治效果。方法:对炎性乳腺癌20例(inflammatory breast cancer,IBC)的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结IBC的诊断、临床特点和治疗经验。结果:20例中17例手术患者3年生存率52.9%,5年生存率47.1%,3例未手术者无3、5年生存率;两者生存曲线比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IBC恶性程度高,预后极差,应采用以化疗为主的综合治疗模式,主张采用新辅助化疗-手术-术后放疗-辅助化疗-内分泌治疗的综合方法。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of inflammatory breast cancer （IBC）. Methods：20 cases of IBC in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed for summarizing the experience of diagnosis, clinical features and treatment. Results：Among 20 cases ,the 3-year survival rate was 52.9% and the 5-year survival rate was 47.1% in 17 operative cases.3 cases without operation had no 3- year survival rate and 5-year survival rate. The comparison between the survival curves showed significant difference （P〈O.05）. Conclusion：IBC is highly malignant with poor prognosis, which should be treated by chemotherapy-based comprehensive treatment model, advocating the use of integrated approach with neoadjuvant chemotherapy-surgery- postoperative radiotherapy- assisted chemotherapy - endocrine treatment.
