摘　　要：我国的城镇化正处于快速发展的进程中。在这一进程中,城镇社区出现了诸如肮脏、杂乱、生态环境恶化、人际关系冷漠等一系列问题。这些问题的产生和存在严重影响了城市的和谐发展。为此,应从指导思想、宣传教育、政策措施、制度建设、方式方法以及道德监督机制等方面入手,加强城镇社区道德建设,营造和谐社区。这对推进城市现代化进程和构建社会主义和谐社会具有十分重要的意义。In the process of rapid development of China＇s urbanization,a number of problems have cropped up in urban communities,such as the dirty and untidy state,degeneration of ecological environment and the indifferent interpersonal relations.The emergence and existence of such problems have seriously affected the harmonious development of cities.Therefore,the moral construction of urban community must be strengthened from the point of view of guideline,propaganda and education,policies and measures,regulation making,methods and supervision mechanism of morality to construct harmonious communities.This is significant for the development of urban modernization and the construction of socialistic harmonious society.
