摘　　要：针对目前污水厂自控常用方式存在的问题,提出了新的、可靠性更高的系统,即将DCS用于污水厂的自控系统,以全面提升污水厂自控功能的可靠性。随着电子技术的不断发展,具有DCS功能的PLC不断出现,其中以ControlLogix系统最具代表性。为此,介绍了ControlLogix系统的特点及应用。工程案例说明,ControlLogix系统可以充分满足污水厂的自控要求,其模块完全满足DCS系统的要求。To solve the problems in commonly used automatic control methods in WWTPs, a new high-reliability system is presented, namely DCS is applied in automatic control system for WWTP to improve the reliability of the automatic control system. With continuous development of electronic technology, PLC with DCS function is developed, in which ControlLogix system is the most representative. The characteristics and applications of ControlLogix system are introduced. The engineering case shows that ControlLogix system can completely fulfill the requirements of automatic control of WWTP, and its modules are also totally meet the requirements of DCS system.
