摘　　要：论述了高校图书馆物业管理社会化的意义,介绍了高校图书馆物业管理社会化的基本内容、组织架构、指标体系和质量标准,提出了高校图书馆物业管理社会化的实施程序,阐述了高校图书馆物业管理信息化的重要意义,设计了物业管理信息系统的功能模块、信息流程,提出了基于Web的三层结构体系框架。This paper discusses the significance of the socialization of property management in university libraries,introduces its basic content,organizational structure,indicators and quality standards and proposes its implementation procedures and evaluation methods to be improved.Then it analyzes the importance of the information on the property management in university libraries and designs the function module and the information flow of the information system of property management.Finally it proposes the framework of WEB-based three-tier structure system.
