SATB1在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测肾透明细胞癌中特异AT序列结合蛋白1(SATB1)的表达,分析SATB1的表达与肾透明细胞癌的发生、进展及转移的关系及意义。方法以RT-PC R法检测30例成对肾癌组织及癌旁正常组织、5例非癌肾组织、肾透明细胞癌786-O细胞株中SATB1 mRNA的表达,分析SATB1表达与临床病理参数的相关性。结果 SATB1在肾透明细胞癌癌组织及癌旁组织中均有表达,癌组织中SATB1 mRNA表达量显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),SATB1在非癌肾组织中有微弱表达,SATB1 mRNA的表达随临床分期的升高而增加,并且在淋巴结转移组高于未转移组(P<0.05)。结论 SATB1 mRNA的表达水平增高与肾透明细胞癌的发生、发展及转移有关。【Objective】 To study the expression of AT-rich sequence-binding protein 1（SATB1） in clear cell renal cell cancer（ccRCC） and explore the role of SATB1 in the occurrence,progression and metastasis of ccRCC.【Methods】 RT-PCR was performed to detect the expression of SATB1 in 30 cases of ccRCC tissue and the adjacent non-tumor renal tissue,5 cases of normal renal tissue as well as renal cell carcinoma cell line 786-O,respectively.【Results】 The expression of STAB1 mRNA in ccRCC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-tumor renal tissues（P 0.05）.Weak expression was detected in normal renal tissues.The expression of SATB1 mRNA was in line with ccRCC stage and was statistically stronger in metastatic renal cell cancer tissues than nonmetastatic ones（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 The expression of SATB1 may be associated with the occurrence,progression and metastasis of ccRCC.
