优秀跳远女运动员起跳技术的指标诊断与分析——以2011年全国田径大奖赛前8名运动员为例

摘　　要：本研究采用文献资料法、运动生物力学解析法等,结合运动训练实践提出起跳效率指标,以诊断起跳腿的效能;同时拟定了起跳支撑期重心腾升角指标,并对这两个指标的定义、应用进行了研究,为准确地诊断我国跳远技术,完善训练计划,提高运动员成绩提供参考。Introduced by the method of literal materials and the analysis of sports biomechanics, this research proposes the diagnosis on efficiency of take-off leg on the basis of take-off efficiency combining with sport training practice. Meantime, it also protocols the standards of rising angles of take-off support center and studies definition and application of the two standards, which has given great references to correct diagnosis on China＇s long jump technique, perfect training plans and improve athletes＇ performance.
