摘　　要：文章对我国高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务所采用的技术作了全面的综述，并对各种技术进行了比较，指出了今后我国高校图书馆数字参考咨询技术的发展趋势。This paper provided a comprehensive review on the technologies which digital libraries of universities in China have applied to digital reference services, and then contrasted all sorts of technologies, finally pointed out the development tendency of reference service technologies in digital libraries of universities in China.
