摘　　要：世界银行（以下简称“世行”）与环境保护部联合开展的“中国大气污染控制综合管理研究”项目，在环保部污防司指导下，在世行驻华代表处的合作和支持下，在环境保护部对外合作中心的精心组织管理和项目专家的共同努力下，经过半年多的研究，研究项目圆满完成了工作大纲中的主要任务和最终报告，达到了预期的研究目标，并在研究层面上取得重要成果，在我国大气污染控制的理论、技术和管理方面有所创新，为我国落实国务院2010年5月11日《关于推进大气联防联控工作改善区域空气质量的指导意见》，顺利实施“十二五”环保规划提供了重要的决策依据和理论指导。The project of ＂Study on Integrated Management for Air Pollution Control in China＂ is one of the cooperation between the World Bank （WB） and Ministry of Environmental Protection （MEP） of People＇s Republic of China. With all support from The World Bank Beijing Office, Department of Pollution Prevention and Control of MEP, Foreign Economic Cooperation Office of MEP during the implementation, the study has been completed all contents described in the TOR of the project. The signifitant result and aehievement have been found through the research.
