摘 要:目的探讨社会支持、就业非理性认知与大学毕业生心理健康的关系。方法采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、就业非理性认知问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对294名大学毕业生进行测量。结果社会支持与就业非理性认知(r=-0.166,P<0.01)、社会支持与心理健康(r=-0.130,P<0.05)、就业非理性认知与心理健康(r=0.369,P<0.001)相互之间均存在显著相关;就业非理性认知(F=46.016,P<0.001)和对支持的利用度(F=26.742,P<0.001)可以较好地预测大学毕业生心理健康。结论社会支持、就业非理性认知对大学毕业生心理健康有一定影响,就业非理性认知是社会支持和大学毕业生心理健康的中介因素。Objective To investigate the effects of social support and employment irrational cognition on the mental health of college graduates.Methods A total of 294 college graduates from 2 colleges were investigated with SSRS,Employment Irrational Cognitions Questionaire and SCL-90.Results There were significant correlations between social support and employment irrational cognition(r=-0.166,P0.01),between social support and mental health(r=-0.130,P0.05),between employment irrational cognition and mental health(r=0.369,P0.001).Employment irrational cognition(F=46.016,P0.001)and utilization of social support(F=26.742,P0.001)can predict mental health of college graduates.Conclusion Social support and employment irrational cognition have effects on mental health of college graduates;employment irrational cognition works as the mediator between social support and mental health of college graduates.
