对高校办学特色研究的理性审思

摘　　要：我国高校办学特色的研究经历了萌芽、初探、繁荣和深化四个阶段,研究的主题内容涉及高校办学特色的内涵、特性、结构、影响因素和形成策略等。目前该领域研究存在着研究内容缺乏一定的理论深度、研究方法缺乏整合与创新、理论基础研究有待深入、不同类型层次高校办学特色研究尚需加强等问题。高校办学特色进一步深入研究,必须重视高校办学定位的研究、加强高校办学特色的形成机制研究、注重高校办学特色的跨学科整合性研究、倡导高校办学特色的元研究、突出高校办学特色的实践取向研究。The researches on the university school-running characteristic have undergone stages of germination,beginning,flourishing and deepening.The research involves connotation,characteristics,structure,influencing factors and forming factors of running university.But there is a lack of the depth of research content,integration and innovation of research approach.Theoretical bases need deepening and universities on different levels need to be strengthened.To deepen the study of university school-running characteristics,it is necessary to lay stress on orientation and the study of characteristic forming mechanism,emphasize interdisciplinary integration and advocate the characteristic practice of university school-running.
