摘 要:漏磁检测广泛应用于铁磁性材料缺陷检测。脉冲漏磁检测技术是一种新型电磁无损检测技术。缺陷的定量评估是无损检测的重要步骤之一。运用有限元法对管道周向外壁缺陷的漏磁场进行瞬态分析,分析了缺陷脉冲漏磁场Bx、By和Bz三维分量的分布特点,最后给出了仿真结果和试验结果,试验结果和仿真有很好的一致性。试验结果表明:综合脉冲漏磁场的三维峰值扫描电压可以对缺陷的长度和宽度进行检测,而三维分量差分信号中的过零时间随缺陷的深度变化而变化,且不随缺陷宽度的改变而改变,由此可以检测缺陷的深度。三维脉冲漏磁检测系统使缺陷的定量检测有了可能。Magnetic flux leakage testing(MFL) is widely used in the defect inspection of ferromagnetic materials.Pulsed magnetic flux leakage(PMFL) testing technique is a new type of electromagnetic nondestructive testing technology.And defect quantification is one of the important steps of nondestructive testing.In the paper,finite element method(FEM) is used to simulate and analyze the characteristics of circumferential surface defect magnetic field densities in three independent x-,y-and z-axes.And we give the theoretical simulation and experimental results and the experimental results accord with the simulation analysis well: through 3D scan of peak value voltage of the pulse magnetic flux leakage,we can evaluate the length and width of the defects,moreover the zero passage time of the 3D components' differential signals change with the depth of the defects,and do not change with the width of the defects,so that we can evaluate the defect depth.In summary,3D pulsed magnetic flux leakage testing system enables the quantitative detection of the defects to become possible.
