摘 要:为提高厂矿及汽车空调用调速风机的运行效率和调速性能,研究了以Microchip公司的数字信号控制器(DSC)dsPIC30F4012芯片为核心的无刷直流风机控制系统。首先结合风机的使用环境,采用了高可靠性的硬件系统,并对硬件各个部分进行了阐述;然后介绍了系统所使用的控制算法和软件;最后通过实验对整个系统进行了评估并得出一些结论。实验结果证明,该系统能获得良好的调速性能和较高的可靠性。Aiming at improving the efficiency and the speed regulating characteristic of fans used in factories, mines and cars, a control system of brushless DC fan based on dsPIC30F4012 which was made by microchip company was investigated and implemented. Hardware system with high reliability was firstly elaborated. Then, the software and the control algorithm were introduced. The system was evaluated by experiments and some conclusions were given. Experiment results show that the system has fine speed regulation performance and high reliability.
