摘  要:为掌握松花江公路大桥结构混凝土的性能退化规律,利用该桥主要构件实际施工时的材料及配合比制作了一批混凝土试件,进行耐久性试验。试验内容包括:混凝土碳化试验、冻融试验、冻融损伤影响下的氯离子渗透试验、碱骨料反应试验。试验结果表明:大桥主要构件混凝土抗压强度均达到了设计强度等级;混凝土碳化深度受混凝土强度影响较大且受冻融循环作用的影响较为明显;主桥桥墩和引桥桥墩的混凝土试件冻融损伤最为严重;与水冻破坏相比,除冰盐环境下混凝土的冻融破坏更加严重;冻融损伤对氯离子渗透影响显著;粗骨料存在潜在碱-硅酸反应危害。To have an understanding of the law of performance degradation of the structural concrete of Songhua River Highway Bridge,a batch of concrete specimens were made,using the materials and mix proportioning used in the actual construction of concrete of the principal components of the bridge and the durability of the concrete was tested.The testing covered aspects of the concrete carbonization,freeze and thaw,chlorine ion permeability under damage of the freeze and thaw and also the alkali-aggregate reaction.The results of the testing show that the compressive strength of the concrete of the components meets the designed strength,the influences of the concrete strength and the freeze and thaw cycling on the concrete carbonization depth are great and obvious.The damage caused by the freeze and thaw to the concrete of piers of the main bridge and approach bridges is the worst.As compared to the damage caused by water freeze,the damage caused by the freeze and thaw in the deicing salt environment is even worst.The influence of the damage of the freeze and thaw on the chlorine ion permeability is obvious and the coarse aggregates have potential hazard of alkali-silica reaction.
