全口义齿固位问题的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨种植体-磁性附着体在全口义齿固位上的临床效果。方法对来本院就诊的25例牙列缺损患者,利用口内余留牙或残根残冠,采用种植体-磁性附着体进行覆盖义齿修复,并与21例传统全口义齿修复固位效果进行比较。结果与传统全口义齿修复相比,采用种植体-磁性附着体进行覆盖义齿修复后固位效果更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论种植体-磁性附着体义齿不仅改善了传统全口义齿的固位欠情况,并且由于其具有美观舒适,不传递侧向力,保护基牙,患者取戴方便等优点,临床应用前景广阔。Objective To estimate the clinical effects of implant-magnetic attachment in complete denture.Methods 25 denture defect patients were recruited.We applied implant-magnetic attachment for over dentures using of the remaining teeth or residual root and crown.The group of 21 patients with conventional complete dentures was control trail.Results Compared to traditional complete denture,implant-magnetic attachment for over dentures had better retention（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Implant-magnetic attachment dentures improve the situation of retention of traditional complete denture.And because of beautiful and comfortable,having no lateral force,protecting the abutments and easing to take and wear,it will have wide clinical application prospect.
