摘　　要：图像处理领域中对图像质量的正确评价是一项很有意义的难点工作和基础性课题。该文综合论述了图像质量的客观评价方法,并按照全参考方法、弱参考方法、无参考方法三类方法进行介绍;文章首先概述了图像质量评价技术的国内外现状,对现有的评价方法进行了分类介绍和模型描述,同时选择了相应的典型算法进行说明;最后,就图像质量评价算法的进一步发展提出了若干技术与研究方向的展望。In the field of image processing,it is very difficult and significant to make right evaluation for image quality.This paper introduces objective measurement techniques for image quality evaluation according to three kinds of FR（Full-Reference）,RR（Reduced-Reference）and NR（No-Reference）.Firstly it introduces the development of image quality assessment in our country and abroad,then it introduces different ways of evaluation and different models,and choose proper representative algorithm for illustration.Finally,this paper gives the development direction and techniques of image quality evaluation.
