摘　　要：教育是一种典型的文化信息传播活动。英语教育的文化传播功能的实现要包含三个层次,一是提供有益的文化知识,以实现认知共识,建构起相互理解逐步走进的文化信息空间,表达出意义的文化性。二是英语教育的文化传播要崇尚并追求价值尺度上的真善美。三是价值认同,通过英语教育的文化传播,使受众与原文化间建立起一种相互理解的道德价值。Education is a typical activity of culture information transmission. To achieve culture transmission function of English education, we must do three things. The first is to provide beneficial culture knowledge to achieve cognitive consensus, to construct the culture information space of mutual under- standing and to express its cultural significance. The second is to advocate and pursue the value of the truth, the goodness and the beauty. The third is to identify the value, by means of culture transmission, to construct a moral value between audience and the transmitted culture.
