摘　　要：通过对过敏性紫癜目前研治现状进行分析,发现目前鲜有本病动物模型的文献报道,仅有的模型与人类病患相似度不高。认为利用本病病因、病理、病患体质等因素,运用中西医结合造模方法,是实现HSP模型真正成功(即使实验动物达到"病证结合,病症统一")的关键所在。同时提供了过敏性紫癜动物模型研制思路,并进行了积极地理论探讨。Based on analying the research and treatment of henoch-schonlein purpura（HSP） current situation,the author found that there had been few literature reports in animal models of HSP,which compared with human patient had not high similarity.The author thought that based on the pathology,etiology,disease patients constitution factors of HSP,using the method of combining traditional and western medicine was the key to establish the models（which can integrate disease and syndrome in TCM）successfully.At the same time,provided the thoughts of HSP animal model,and explored the theory actively.
