摘　　要：目的:比较3种中医治法对胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜细胞增殖的影响,并探讨其机制。方法:采用以化学损伤为主的综合法复制大鼠胃癌前病变模型,将大鼠随机分为正常对照组和造模组,造模成功后再将造模组分为模型对照组、健脾益气组、活血化瘀组、养阴荣络组,中药治疗6周,采用免疫组织化学的方法检测大鼠胃黏膜组织内细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)及细胞周期素D1(Cyclin D1)的表达情况。结果:与正常对照组相比,各参加造模大鼠胃黏膜细胞的增殖指数PI(%)、PCNA和Cyclin D1的表达量显著升高(P<0.05)。与模型对照组相比,3个用药组增殖指数PI、PCNA和Cyclin D1表达量均明显减低(P<0.05)。3个用药组之间进行两两比较,也具有显著性差异(P<0.05),且以养阴荣络组最低。结论:3种治法均可抑制大鼠胃黏膜细胞的增殖,其作用以养阴荣络方最佳,其机制与降低PCNA及Cyclin D1在大鼠胃黏膜细胞内的表达有关。Objective： To compare the three types of TCM treatments on precancerous lesions of rats with cell proliferation and discuss the mechanism.Methods： Adopt the chemical damage and other methods to make PLGC model,and divided rats into control group and model group which was divided into strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi group,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis group and nourishing Yin and relax channels and collaterals group.The expression of PCNA and Cyclin D1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry after treated for 6 weeks respectively.Results： Compared with normal group,PI and the expression of PCNA and Cyclin D1 were significantly raise in those be made model rats（P〈0.05）.Compared with model group,three groups of TCM can significantly reduced PI and the expression of PCNA and Cyclin D1 at rat gastric mucosal cell（P〈0.05）.The best of three is nourishing Yin and relax channels and collaterals therapy.Conclusion： Three of TCM can reduced the expression of PCNA and Cyclin D1 at gastric mucosal cell,and inhibited the DNA synthesis process,thereby inhibiting cell proliferation.
