摘  要:目的:评价复方蛹虫草制剂对小鼠的抗疲劳和自身免疫力作用效果。方法:选用昆明种小鼠,按高、中、低3个剂量组和1个对照组随机分组,分别观察小鼠游泳试验结果并测定生化指标(血清尿素氮、肝糖原)和免疫指标(耳肿胀度、碳廓清指数a)。结果:受试物组小鼠与正常对照组各观察指标相比,负重游泳时间延长;血中尿素氮水平降低,肝糖原含量升高,耳肿胀度、碳廓清指数a升高,且高剂量组与对照组之间差异明显(P<0.01)。结论:复方蛹虫草制剂具有明显的抗疲劳和增强免疫力的作用。OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of compound Cordyceps militaris on the action of anti - fatigue. METHODS : Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups, the low, middle and high dosage groups, control group. All the mice were experimented with swimming test and their various biochemistry indexes were observed. RESULTS: All tested groups survived longer than the normal control during swimming test. The serum urea nitrogen and lactic acid of all tested groups were lower than that of the normal control. The hepatic glycogen of all tested groups was higher than that of the control. There was significant difference between the high dosage and the control ( P 〈0. 01 ). The clearance rate of charcoal particles and ear swelling of high - dose groups were higher than the control. CONCLUSION: compound Cordyceps militaris is efficient on the action of anti -fatigue.
