摘　　要：鼻咽癌是我国华南地区常见的恶性肿瘤,放射治疗是鼻咽癌患者最主要的治疗方法之一,笔者针对鼻咽癌患者放疗后出现的急性皮肤反应、放射性口腔黏膜炎、张口困难等并发症及心理反应护理进展、循证应用现状进行综述,以指导临床护理工作。Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a common malignancy in the south of China.Radiation therapy is one of the most important treatment for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.The review makes a summary about complications,nursing progress of psychological reactions and application of evidence-based for the nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after radiotherapy.The main complications included acute skin reactions,radioactive oral mucosal inflammation,and difficulty in opening mouth and so on.
