摘  要:高压输电线路巡线机器人是电力线路巡线和除冰的理想选择,但是巡线机器人的电池容量较小导致机器人续航能力差,一直是影响巡线机器人发展的重要原因。为克服上述困难,本文致力于研制一种能够自主在线取能的新型供电系统,其中涉及感应取电模块、充电模块设计以及取电供电逻辑指令构建等三大关键技术。实验测试证明,所设计的供电系统可以持续且有效地为巡线机器人的蓄电池提供能量。Inspection robot is a promising technique in automatic fault detecting for high-voltage power transmission lines. However, the small energy capacity of the battery holds back the application of the inspection robots. To solve this problem, a self-power supply system utilizing the energy coupling from the current on the transmissionline is designed to realize the online battery charging. Discussion is made in details on the key issues related to the optimal design and practical implementation of the self-power supply system, including the induction module, the power conversion module and the logic of power charging and supply. Tests have been carried on to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the designing.
