摘 要:随着时代的发展,各类组织对于人力资源的重视程度都与日俱增。人力资源已经成为组织发展道路上必须依靠的一种极为重要的资源。而国内对于培训与开发的重视程度不够是现在普遍存在的现象,这直接或者间接导致了国内很多组织员工工作上手时间长,办事效率低,组织认同感差。该文以M学会为例,提出建设非营利组织兼职人员培训体系的建议,并对建设非营利组织兼职人员培训体系的发展方向进行展望,以期为类似组织和有类似需求的组织提供借鉴。With the development of the time, organizations of various types have payed an increasing attention on human resources, which has become an extremely important resource for the development of organization. Now, a common phenomenon is that the training and development of human resource is not enough emphasis in our country, which directly or indirectly lead to many employees in domestic organizations start work with long hours, low efficiency, and poor organizational identity. This article take M Institute for example, recommend the construction of part-time staff training system of non-profit organization, give an prospect about the way of the development of this training system, so as to provide a reference for similar organizations and organizations with similar need.
