摘　　要：后门内饰板的设计是整车内饰开发的重要组成部分。以后车门内饰板设计工作中遇到的问题为基础,应用CATIA软件,系统地阐述了在后车门内饰板油泥模型设计阶段应做的一系列工程分析项目和方法,设计出分析流程图。经过分析可以在油泥模型开发阶段检查出不符合工程要求的外形设计。降低了数模设计时的工作量并提高了设计效率,同时实现了表面造型与工程制造的完美结合。Design of rear door interior trim panel is an important part in the development of complete vehicle interior trimming. Based on the problems in designing rear door interior trim panel, using CATIA software, a series of engineering analysis item and method is described in the phase of clay modeling of rear door interior trim panel and analyzing flow chart is designed. The profile design which can not match the engineering requirements can be checked through analysis in the phase of clay modeling. The workload of digital design is reduced and the design efficiency is enhanced. At the same time the integration of surface modeling and engineering manufacture can be accomplished perfectly.
