摘　　要：学习资源是开展现代远程高等教育的重要支撑,民族远程教育学习资源建设的内容、传输方式、建设标准等应独具特色。学习资源建设不仅要符合专业培养目标和课程教学大纲需求,更要符合少数民族学习者的人文特质、学习需求、认知能力和现实条件等。坚持民族远程高等教育学习资源建设的原则,探索基于民族远程高等教育特性的学习资源一体化建设,是发展少数民族远程高等教育的必要前提。Learning resources is the important part in developing modern distance higher education,and the learning resources for national minority should have its uniqueness in the learning content,transmission mode and construction standard.The construction of learning resources should meet the need of learners＇ humanistic qualities,learning requirement,cognitive ability and practical condition of the minority as well as the need of the professional training goal and curriculum.The article probes into the features of learning resources integration for national minority of distance higher education,on the principle of constructing learning resources of national distance higher education,which is the prerequisite of developing distance higher education for national minority.
