摘  要:从水系统健康循环理念出发,分析延吉市水危机的根源与社会水循环的诟病,统筹考虑水社会循环的各个组成部分的各自功能和相互影响以及和水自然循环的复杂关系。对延吉市健康水循环原理与途径进行了深入研究,建议依据节制用水的概念建立节水型城市、污水资源化和再生水的有效利用、恢复城市雨水循环,加强雨水利用、水土保持及控制面源污染以及科学合理的城市水务一体化等,保证延吉市社会经济可持续发展。Through the concept of water circulation system health, this paper has analyzed the root causes of water crisis in Yanji, the water cycle and social criticism, and consider the water cycle of the various components of society in their respective functions and their impacts, and water and natu- ral cycle of complex relationships. Taken deep research in the water cycle on the principles and methods of health conducted in Yanji City, then advised that based on the concept of moderation to establish water saving city water resources and the effective use of reclaimed water, rehabilitation of urban water cycle, enhancing water use, soil and water conservation and control of point source pollution and the integration of scientific and rational urban water, to ensure sustainable social and economic development in Yanji City.
