摘　　要：现代保险具有保障、资金融通、社会管理三大功能。保险作为经济的"助推器"和社会"稳定器",可以有效减轻国家财政负担,缓解政府在社会保障体系方面的压力,对社会保障体系的建设至关重要。Modern insurance has three functions which are security,financing and social management.As an economical ＂roll booster＂ and a social ＂stabilizator＂,insurance can effectively reduce the burden of the country,relieve the pressure of the government in the social safeguard system and is very important to the instruction of social safeguard system.
